I'm sure if needed admins/mods are able to move the thread.I've started by saying that because my problem is somewhat solved.I got the "Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - (99%, 0/3) - No Seek Complete" burning a disk. I used to use Verbatin DVD+R media with no problems and today got Ritek F16 discs. Had imgburn set to AWS and this happened.On a second try I throttled the write speed back to 8X and it worked flawlessly.What brings me here is asking why has this happened? Writting speed could have been the cause? Media?What's even weirder, is that the disk, even after apparently failing finalization stills works without problems. Computer reads it fine, DVD player also reads it fine. Shouldn't a non-finalized disk be a glorified frisbie?I'll leave the log so the experts can have a look.I'm using a modified firmware though to set the booktype to -ROM since these burns are for a friend with an older dvd player and since I don't know what it is capable of I wanted to maximize compatibility.
