Hi Guys,

I'm at loss here about my burning.

Imgburn 2.5.1 says that the burn is successful, but upon verifying, it says

Layout do not match,

If I were to verify it manually, then the description says that the disc is empty. I'm burning this from my laptop and uses the dvd drive built in the laptop. This occurs not only under Windows 7, but also Kubuntu. So I thought that the drive itself or its connection is hosed.

Then I went to connect a desktop dvd drive via usb. The first 2 burns is successful, and I could verify them by copying the files on the dvd back to my laptop. But the 3rd burn, it has the same problem.

So is it a problem with my laptop? If yes, then why it is only the burning of files onto media is troublesome? Where do I go from here in order to troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks

Henry

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. When I said I tried it under Kubuntu, I didn't use imgburn under kubuntu though. I use KB3 program.

Is the information enough?

Henry
