Error When Burning Xbox 360 Games

Hi sorry if i sound dumb but I'm new to this whole burning business! I've burned about 4 games without a problem but now I'm trying to burn AC3 it gets to about 94% and then gives me an error, And no matter what I try I cant seems to get the disc to complete!! can someone please see the Log below and see if they can see the reason why I am getting this error? any help would be great!

You tried... it (the drive) failed.

As this isn't an xbox forum, please visit one and find out exactly what you need to buy (a new drive) in order to be able to burn oversized images.

Service Pack 2 is out for Vista btw, you should install it.
