Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present).

I'm trying to burn this file into my CD but every time i put in blank cd it keeps saying

"Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)." and its getting annoying.

 

my Log:

I 12:38:37 -> Drive 2 - Info: SONY DVD-ROM DDU1615 FDS2 (D:) (ATA)

I 12:38:37 Found 1 DVD-ROM and 1 DVD±RW!

 

could someone help me so it dont say "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)."

"I assume you are putting the blank CD in the LG drive and not the Sony? Your Sony is only a reader."

 

forgive me , i'm new to these kind of stuff, but i got lost here.

 

i'm currently updating imgburn as we speak

You have 2 drives yeah...

 

One can burn CDs and DVDs, the other can only read them.

 

'Drive 1' (made by LG) can burn discs, 'Drive 2' (made by Sony) can only read discs.

 

So make sure you're putting your blank discs in the correct drive.
