about burn game on dvd DL 8.5

hi all how are you

 

i have a problem when i try to burn game iso xbox 360 in imgburn

 

the dvd +r DL size 8.5 GB

take a look in the pic plz

(i have a game most wanted 2013 (size 8.13Gb) in the same dvd +R DL 8.5 and its work good (my friend he burn the game and i don't know how he did it !?)

 

i buy new Dvd + R DL 8.5 to burn (anoter game iso (8.13 GB)  but he give me error as you see in

the pic up

 

can you help me plz ?!

You need the right hardware to burn the oversized XGD3 images.

 

Have a look at some xbox related forums that deal with this kind of thing... this forum (ImgBurn support) doesn't.

You're using a mega old version of the ImgBurn too... not sure why?

Update the firmware on your drive - right click the drive selection box and click 'Check For Firmware Updates' (or find it in 'Tools' -> 'Drive')

 

from where can i find it ? in imgburn ?  I found it but its disabled

Can you explain it a little

Tools -> drive is disabled until you're in a 'mode'. So get the program in write mode and then try again.

DS8A5SH isn't in the database.

 

mm so what can i do for that ? DS8A5SH

if i wanna to update another pc drive to try burn !!

if my another pc ex: Ds11111 serch on the same model right?

 

and you serch on the same driver name?

Try using the Liteon Smart Pack to update the firmware.  FYI, no one has been successful using a slimtype burner to make XGD3 backups, including myself.  Get one of the recommended burners.

Yes. Lightning UK has done extensive testing of the iHASx24 burner, Verbatim MIS and the Payload Tool. This combination proves successful with the correct settings. FYI, the "W" revision iHASx24 is not compatible. B, C and D revisions only.
