ImgBurn hangs when burning Windows 7 installation disc (bootable)

I am a complete novice so bear with me

 

Using the awesome guide everything was going great but then it just HANGS/FREEZES/STOPS at the same point.

Your drive must be busy doing something. Defragging, virus scanning, downloading etc.

 

It'll just sit there waiting until it's less busy.
