Burn how?

Burn it 'as-is' so you end up with an MKV file on your DVD?

Answer: Use the 'Write files/folders to disc' option.

Burn it as a standard DVD Video disc?

Answer: You can't. ImgBurn is a burning tool, it doesn't convert stuff. Use DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD for that.
