After 5 perfect writing+verifying (!) I got 2 errors when verifying Sample error log: I saved every log and what is shown is errors are always Offset: 159 Device: 0xAE Image File: 0x2E, do you have some idea ? In 1.2.0.0, could it be possible not to stop verifying when a comparison error occurs ? Thank you. Hello all, LIGHTNING UK!, did you read this message ? I tried with Ahead Nero, 1 bit is always "changed". I want to be able to continue burning with ImgBurn but I want to know if verify operation detects only 1 bit difference (assume burn OK) or more (burn KO)

Well, in reality, after a few burns, the problem occurs again I would say 2 time out of 3... I do not know why this happens. I will put a fresh Windows installation again on my system and see... Logs are now always this format : And when those DVD are read on TV or somewhere else, all the contents are OK (I mean no break or something strange while playing)

All burns seems to be OK now... I must apologize ! Thank you again !

Hello again I did a fresh install and changed IDE cables, 1.1.0.0 worked fine two times I will do more burnings on monday, and try to switch to Microsoft's CDImage to create my ISO files which seems to be more reliable One more time, thank you !

Just want to add the fact that maybe - as degas said in his post - I will decide to go with a clean Windows installation, and if it does not work then, I assume it has to be either a hardware or a firmware problem. See you soon

99% are my images created by ImgTool Classic The image for test CD was supplied by a friend Yesterday I dropped down my second disk drive, leaving only HDD on primary IDE master and DVD-RW on secondary IDE, master. But nothing changed I would receive my AAA+ in three days, I will keep you inform Thank you again

Hello, Sometimes, I do. But those are mainly backup CD or DVD so I do not change the volume label because it is already OK I will report you my usage with AAA+ probably during the next week. Thank you

Hello again, I did not saved it, but the log is 100% good, no error shown during burning And sorry I missed to tell you the fact when it is not Read Error, it is a Mismatch Error, everytime

Hello, I just gave a try I will definitively stay with ImgBurn 1.0.0.0 burn+verify + 1.1.0.0 verify until next ImgBurn version.
-
I do not understand where the problem could be, too Maybe would it be useful not to stop verify operation after first comparison error in ImgBurn 1.1.0.0 but just list errors in the log window, so we would be able to see if there is a lot of errors or only one error ? Second thing, you think it could be an ISO file issue, I had some ideas too but without making any change to an ISO file, I get verify error with 1.1.0.0, while burn+verify with 1.0.0.0 + verify (real) with 1.1.0.0 works perfectly... Could it be a write function error, or a write error (maybe with material, not ImgBurn), because with 1.1.0.0 I am always not able to read some sectors ? And finally, do not fall in total sadness I found a kind of solution with my material, it is unpleasant but not lethal Hope this could be helpful

Hello I just want to report my ImgBurn 1.1.0.0 usage with Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 with LG 4163B (firmware A105 and NVIDIA CK804 Parallel ATA Controller v2.7). I always got working copies with DVDDecrypter 3.5.4.0 or ImgBurn 1.0.0.0, but those does not really physically verify written data With ImgBurn 1.1.0.0, write operation OK, but verify always fails... Of course I tested with several brands, speed min/max, nothing to do I finally found the solution that work with my material and the interesting verify feature of ImgBurn 1.1.0.0: burn+verify with ImgBurn 1.0.0.0, then verify (real) with ImgBurn 1.1.0.0, it works ! It simply gets longer for me but burnings are 100% OK, that counts Thank you LIGHTNING UK!, keep up the good work
