  1. Stop putting it down to disk quality, that is not the answer to everything. I bought this pack of disks when i was using my laptop and my laptop had a samsung drive also tsstcorp not sure of the rest of the info since the laptop is dead now but they burned fine back then. Now on my desktop pc they do not, i can beleive they are not compatable with my drive and can accept that but if they work with the other samsung drive then im sure samsung can do something about it. This issue has nothing to do with quality if it did aone disks wouldnt work on anything. and yes i updated to sb06 and tried another disk, this time it got the same error but at just 8%.
  2. But using nero i can burn movies to these disks fine, i also burned a large pc game to this dl disk with the same drive and had no issue. ConvertXtodvd also had no issue with burning. i burned avatar using these disks. Is there anyway to send reports to samsung so if this is a drive/firmware issue they can get off their arses and fix?
  3. Well a while back i used to get errors whens using infiniti 360 dl disks with imgburn , it was an ezero divide error. After seeing a topic on xboxiso where the guy was using a different brand mitsubishi but same dye jpn dye and getting a new error i decided to test these disks again hoping imgburn fixed the problem, but it seems its just been replaced by a different error. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Why can i burn these disks with other burning software but not imgburn what is the problem? ImgBurn.log

Well in that case i appologise but it wasnt worded very well at all, however this topic wasnt titled is my dvd broke, if i had no success with any other disks it wouldnt take a genius to understand that his dvd drive isnt working anymore and i wouldnt have posted this topic.

    help

See thats a usefull answer, thank you but no theres nothing wrong with my dvd drive, it burns all disks including arita ritek, verbatims... yes i do have these but they are expensive and im reluctant to buy loads of them for this reason. I guess its the firmware or the drive it self that just doesnt support these infiniti disks. thanks for taking the time to help. I dont come to forums to troll or to piss people off but seriously you are just useless... do you read any posts before making yours? Who said my drive cant burn verbatims... what planet are you on right now? Iv tried other disks they work fine but i have loads of these infiniti 360 disks that work great on the xbox 360 and they burned just fine with imgburn on my laptops dvdrw drive but not on my pc ... iv come here for help but you are just bringing out the worst in me with these useless posts that contain complete rubbish, tech support is not your area...

    help

Thats got to be the most unhelpfull post iv ever seen? whats your point? change what exactly? If you dont know then how about not posting.... No there not great but what is 2nd to verbatim.... nothing, i can burn ritek disks and there cheap dye and these work fine but not a disk that most people deem 2nd to verbatim which are the infiniti 360 disks using jpn dye which is not bad, and like i said they worked fine in my laptops burner which is no where near as good as my desktops so saying im using crap media just doesnt make sense in this case.

    help

I just tried this new firmware about 20 mins ago, still the same problem. Changelog in the new imgburn says nothing about support for new dye so i doubt very much thats going to fix this, as i used a much older version of imgburn on my laptop and these disks worked.

  10. 6,357....gj , makes me wonder why your a beta tester because id find it shocking if you actually provided usefull information for a stable build.
  11. are all 6,355 posts of your as useless as that, if you are clueless as to the answer perhaps you could refrain from posting useless crap. He has used the media before but never got an error like this, perhaps 2 out of 10 disks would mess up but not all, my issue is similer to this and i use a slightly more expensive disk using jpn dye which IS NOT that bad in fact its been recomended on 360 forums for game back ups as infiniti 360 use this. The disks that are now not working using imgburn are these disks but they worked fine when burned using my laptop...guessing you wont have a decent answer to that either.
  12. Much of that topic and bs and speculation, its also to do with your dvd drive, some drives and or firmware just dont go well with certain types of dvds and their random dyes. Some drives will burn them as good as the real thing others with just stop with errors. However the topic is right about verbatims being the best as much as i am sick of hearing people say that in a topic.
  13. Not really, the buffer with store some of the file and it should be fine as long as it doesnt get removed during the writing process and its a decent class sd.
  14. Before getting snappy you could ask politely, im a new user, just joined and didnt have the time to read every sticky before posting for help, simply asking me to post the log would have sufficed I 19:53:19 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started!
