I have been using ImgBurn v 2.4.4.0 for the past few weeks and everything seems to be working great!

However, I find I have to wait for about 5 minutes after the burning step has completed and before the verify step can begin.

The only indication of what is happening is a message saying "Sychronising cache".

Is this really necessary or is there something I need to modify to eliminate the wait?

Thanks for a great product!

'few' meaning 'one' - right? It only came out last Friday :P

Post a copy of your latest burning session log so we can see what's happening.

The time it takes to perform these actions is totally down to the drive - oh and yes they're necessary.

Sorry, I should have attached a log.

Here is one I just did this evening.

The synchronising cache took about 3.5 minutes.

I have also realized that I have v 2.4.3.0 installed.

Then update to 2.4.4 - 2.4.3 is no longer supported.

I 19:29:08 Destination Media Type: DVD-RW (Disc ID: CMCW02)

Also, get better media - CMC is almost universally bad.

As well, there appears to be little on that disc. What happens on a DVD that is almost full?
