Hi everybody,

I'm pretty new to burning and IMGburn, so I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I tried to burn a .iso file 2 times, but I keep getting the I/O Error. I burned a different .iso succesfully yesterday with the same settings, so I'm thinking it might be the file?

Anyway, here is the log:

I 15:56:44 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started!

I 15:56:44 Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition (6.0, Build 6001 : Service Pack 1)

I 15:56:44 Total Physical Memory: 3.139.368 KB - Available: 2.160.124 KB

I 15:56:44 Initialising SPTI...

I 15:56:44 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices...

look for a firmware update to that drive 3x is not valid I know you choose 8x but showing as 3x indicates the drive and media are not likely to get on. Try some other dvd-r till you get 2x 4x 6x 8x or at least 2x and 4x

I hope that drive ain't the same as my yet untested TS-L633a (I have a feelingit might be :lol)

/FIRMWARE SC01 is available

Thanks for replying :) . I'll update my firmware asap and try a different dvd-r. I can't do it right now, since I'm not using my own laptop for it.. (Got some issues with my Cd/Dvd-station..) I will let you know how it went :D
