palzkillm Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 Hey, I have a bunch of WAV files, each between 40 and 80 Meg in size. Each is Mono, 8bit, 22 khz, since I don't need a lot of quality here. Now I want to burn them on a CDA having 800 Meg discs - assuming that, given the low quality, a lot more would fit to each CD than normally. Thus I open ImgBurn, try to create a CUEsheet, make sure to not add more than 800 Meg from the explorer. ImgBurn reads the files allright (no error msg) and writes the CUE as well, but tells me that I'm attempting to write 725% of the disc size. Could that be because ImgBurn tries to convert the files into a full quality CD mode, or would I need to make further changes to the files so they work for burning as a "longplay" CDA? Regs, Marco
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 CD-DA is 44khz 16bit Stereo, there's no 'long play' version of it.
