This is my log and other posts tell me to remove a virus but i cant seem to remove it. i have rootkit scanner, nortorn 360, Avast, Malware bytes anti malware, pc doctor, zone alarm ect

What do you see? (post a screenshot or something)

 

Also, do you have any idea exactly what it was that you downloaded / run to get infected by it? I'd like a copy of the virus installer myself so I can make up a removal guide.

i do not know how i got the virus but other people are having the same trouble as me. i have found numerous amount of posts on other sites about this problem. i tried gmer and it still didnt get deleted the virus and i will post screenshots soon as my computer is stuffing up whenever i use it. it laggs. :unsure:

 

EDIT: i decided to reformat the whole computer. i have an assignement which is due

GMER doesn't just delete it, that's your job once you have the knowledge of what you're doing.

 

Anyway, I guess it doesn't matter now if you've reformatted.

 

You probably downloaded some dodgy torrent file somewhere. Be more careful next time!
