trying to burn iso image to file.i am new to this bit im sure im doing it right

hi

 

i have tried twice and both failed. Towards the end the cd tray pops out and then i have to push it back in and then about a minute later it says fail

 

below is my log,anyone got any ideas as to why its failing

Try burning slower at 16x, 10x or even 4x to see if you then get a good burn.

 

i have tried burning it a 4x speed and i think the main problem is something do with image size or something.

 

it says track 1 is smaller on the disk than it is in the image file.

 

i dont have a clue what this means.

am i better off downloading another burning software.because i really really need what im trying to burn off

The software has no control over the burn quality, and your burner is doing a bad job at writing the discs you're using. You could try a lens cleaning disc on your drive, another brand of discs or use another burner if you can.
