It looks like IMGBURN has developed fault and now it takes "ages" to start! I've switched on I/O debug, but still nothing in log Program window is showing "Checking drives" and that'e what in LOG window: I 22:25:59 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started! I 22:25:59 Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 3) I 22:25:59 Total Physical Memory: 1,563,000 KB - Available: 805,064 KB LOOOONG nothing, program like stuck and then everything is OK! LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 If the status bar says 'checking drives' then it's due to one of your physical / network drives. Turn off the 'maximum file size' warning in the settings and you should be ok. That's a workaround though and not a fix. You'd do well to figure out which drive is being slow to respond to the Windows API queries that find out which file system the drive uses.
