LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 If the 'how to copy a disc' guide in the Guides forum doesn't work/help you then you're probably out of luck.

mmalves Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 But off course there must ba a way to detect the files and recreate the iso...? Probably yes, but as LUK said above, if ImgBurn can't read the disc then we can't help you
LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 The files don't need to be readable (understandable) to create an ISO. It's a sector by sector copy so files don't even come into it. I guess the problem here is that your drive cannot initialise the disc at all - thus no software can do anything with it. If it's an original wii disc (i.e. pressed one - which then goes against your topic title) that is to be expected.

Aha.. is there anyway i can make my software initialise it? or is it possible to force it somehow? Can i connect the wii to the computer? use the drive that i know can read the dvd... By the way, thanks for the helpful answer! Edited August 22, 2009 by zenobiten
