Hussein Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Hello there guys i'm having this error everytime i burn a image, i already updated to the latest firmware of my drive 1.03 and i'm burning on Verbatim discs, i also read somewhere that another burning program like nero, roxio, etc might infict on the perfomance of the burning process so deleted every program i'm am just keeping Imgburn.. if u can help me out cuz i'm don't know what to do i wasted a lot of DL trying and in venezuela aren't cheap at all... I need to burn some PAL games cuz i bought a PAL console on France and over here the only games i can found are NTSC.. HELP! Me guys! over here is the log of the error... Cheers! mmalves Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 I 11:10:06 Destination Media Sectors: 3.827.520 That disc was damaged in a previously failed burn. Try again with a brand new blank disc.

E 09:26:20 Next Writable Address: 196656 Are you using a new disc?! We need a log from the first failure on a new disc. Any attempt to use it again will give us bogus results. If your drive is having trouble burning in general, try giving it a clean or buy a new one. They're only about
timer Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 it was brand new disk. but with second DVD-R DL (this time brand new ACME) everything OK. after reading some posts. i think problem is with the manufacture of disk. i use DVD-R DL just for xbox360 games. Acme and Silvestar are cheapest so most used (and my xbox360 likes to scratch them). 1 of 5 times i get writting error. thanks and sorry for posting not reading carefull first. and interapting another post
