Hi everyone,

I am completely new to ImgBurn and am having some trouble. I know this may be a common thread, but after looking at similar ones I still don't seem to be doing something correctly...

I'm trying to take a .ISO file (which is an xbox 360 game) taken from Bittorrent and burn it for use on an Xbox 360.

The problem is, every time I try to add the file I get an error message reading "Invalid or unsupported image file format." Mind you, this is in write mode...

In build mode, It says something about not having enough space on the disc (which is a completely new Sony 8.5 GB DVD+R DL). I'm really not sure what I should be doing, as other threads are about actually burning an existing Xbox 360 game to another disc. I'm simply trying to make a .ISO file work on a DVD+R DL for use on a 360....

If you guys can offer any help, it would be greatly appreciated. This seems to be much more complicated than anticipated!

Your source is the problem, burning an ISO (or any disc image for that matter) is as easy as can be.... there's a guide for it in the Guides forum.

If attempting to load the ISO in Write mode results in an error, the ISO isn't an ISO.
