FOOSAG Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Hey guys, I installed ImgBurn on my Vista Home Premium 32-bit PC. Every time I start up the program, the menu with the 6 different choices is always grayed out. I try to close the program and the log says it is shutting down, but no matter how long I wait, ImgBurn seems to lock up when I try to close it. I then have to do the Ctrl+Alt+Del to end the process... I don't know what is wrong. Help is appreciated!
mmalves Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Which burning/mounting programs do you have on that computer? Do you know what's that 'Unknown' device that's shown in the log window? That could be the reason why ImgBurn is hanging.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Enable I/O debug mode by importing the little registry file found in the FAQ and then load the program again.
