Set L0 Data Zone Capacity Failed

can some body please help me thank you i am trying to burn some 360 files to disc i am using memorex dl disc i changed discs from the pack and the same error i know you should use verbatim but this is my firs time could this be a software or hardware issue i noticed imgburn said i had ritetek disc on the log but that is wrong my drive is

Slimtype DVD A DS8A1H WH66 (ATA) Lite-On DS-8A1H if anybody know what to do that would help out alot thanks heres my log

It looks like your drive doesn't support that MID (RITEK-S04-66), get some discs that use a different one or buy a new drive.

thnaks the weird thing is that i am not using ritek discs they are memorex do you know why it would think i was using a ritek disc

The brand name that is on the package is not important, it's the media code that's been used when producing the discs that is important and in your case Memorex has used the Ritek dye/media code.

i also tried it on two different computers both the same model hp pavillon series dv9500 model dv9640us and the same thing happened i don't both computers could have bad drives it has to be the disc you think? thanks
