Having problems burning 360 Games

Having problems burning 360 Games. I have tried 2 different DVD Burners. AOPEN and Lite-On. I'm using Verbatim and burning at 2.4X.

I set the layer break to 1913760. I'm using the DVD file. I have tried 3 different games now and same issue. I verified the ISO using abgx360.

I have flash both drives to the latest firmware. Any suggestions? I attach the logs for both burners I have used.

This is the Lite-on SATA.

Do you always get that ASC 0x08, ASCQ 0x08 error from the LiteOn?

Does it do it with normal single layer discs too?

Post a copy of your filter drivers list please.

You could also try the DMA post in the FAQ to clear out any driver junk.

What type/make of controller is the LiteOn connected to? Intel, nvidia?

Have you tried a different cable on the LiteOn? Try reseating the cable.

SP3 is out for XP btw.

This is driving me crazy. Updated to SP3. Got a new burner and still receiving error message.

I was able to burn a iso on a single layer but still can't burn a game on a DL.

That's not the same error at all.

This time around your drive reported a 'Write Error'.

W 15:21:15 Failed to Write Sectors 372032 - 372063 - Reason: Write Error

Just burn another disc.

If it continues to happen, you should probably get a new spindle of discs. Where did yours come from (store wise) and where were they made according to the packaging?

Get a spindle of the 8x Verbatims to try too.
