LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 According to that log, you only have a CD burner. The drive can *read* DVD's but it can't write to them. If you're expecting to see a 2nd drive listed, check in device manager because it's probably missing or got a yellow exclamation mark next to it (meaning it's not working and something isn't right).
