There is another (locked) thread on this issue where I found out about the F8 key. I have attached the log. The "Request Sense" line keeps repeating itself. I have to open the task manager and close the application. I'm running 7 and 2.5.0.0. If more details are required please ask. -ext ImgBurn.log
