disc not empty while previously worked

Hi, please help me here

 

I am trying to burn ISO to DVD-R from Imation, I managed to burn one once, but now when I want to burn again, the problem pops up, it is listed as not empty in write and discover mode but it is listed as empty in verify mode! help !

Your burner thinks your disc isn't empty. Have you tried with other blanks?

You should also be installing the service packs for Vista.
