I am new to ImgBurn and I am trying to burn a vts file to a sigle layer disc. I used the walkthrough with all the pictures. When I get to the calculations I my results show up in red. If I continue on through the set up and click the build button, it tells me there isn't enough space on my disc(Verbatim DVD-R 16X). Is there a way to compress or maybe select burn movie only to allow enough space?

ImgBurn just burns as is. If you want to edit your source files (and make them smaller somehow) you need to find another application to do that.

You can Google for a million and 1 of them.

Use a lens cleaning disc on that burner. Have you tried the other available write speeds?

This was my first time trying to use ImgBurn(Which is why I was Going through the step by step pictures and instructions). I have used a lense cleaner and on my next attempt, I will try a slower speed(I think I noticed a box to auto select speed).

Wish me luck.........As if that has anything to do with it.

It's not auto speed in the sense you're thinking. It's linked to the Automatic Write Speed feature which YOU need to configure before it will do anything - otherwise it'll just burn at MAX speed.
