What happened is the burn was successful, after recheking over and over the settings, but when i put it in it gives me Play DVD option only. disc used was Fujifilm, iono if its as good as Verbatin but I got told before buying that there's no difference. heres the log I 23:18:30 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! Do you have access to another burner, preferably a non-slim one? If you do it might be worth using that burner instead of your GT20N

I have old DVD burners that were on my old CPU but i dont know if they do DL or not. Thanks for the help guyz

mmalves Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 You can check the drive's capabilities with ImgBurn: while in Write mode, right-click the burner's name and choose Capabilities. There it'll be listed the device's write capabilities. You can also use it to look for the latest firmware, which is always a good idea.

Like you guys are fixing almost erybody's problem, so I gave a try =P. Anywayz if I can't find firmware i'll go get an external DVD burner to plug onto this machine. Thx nywayz guyz

The only thing I get is to update my firmware and clean the disc but this laptop is brand new -.- and I can'T find the firmware.
