hibbs
Verifies consistenly fail when using DVDFlick on a SATA super multi LG GH22NS50. The burned disc will verify almost always using ImgBurn 2.5.0.0 in IDE drive Lite-on DH16AYH, so the burning is successful on the LG GH22NS50. I cannot use Lite-on DH16AYH anymore for burning as it always fails (it has burnt over 900 discs) but still reads well. The curious thing is that Nero will verify with no problem using the LG GH22NS50. This leads me to believe it is a software problem in ImgBurn. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, John. mmalves
Post the logs showing the problem (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
Cynthia
The ImgBurn log is saved in the same location as your project destination folder.
hibbs
Sorry I have been so slow to respond. It now seems pretty clear the problem is with the LG GH22NS50 reading. I have read elsewhere that Nero's verification in some circumstances is suspect yielding false positives, so beware if it is valuable data. Today I used the Lite-on DH16AYH for both burning and verifying, it worked perfectly with ImgBurn. I plan to give DeepBurner a try. If it points to ImgBurn I'll report. Thanks, John. LIGHTNING UK!
The error comes from your drive, ImgBurn simply tells you about it.
