I am burning on to Memorex 16x4.7GB DVD-R's and get the below error. I have tried several different disks with the same results. Please advise and educate me. Thank you. AM3' MID. I went to the above link,and downloaded the file.I am still getting the same error. Do I need to do anything additionally with the updated firmware,besides download it.
mmalves Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Have you run the NECND350_v21B.exe executable that's inside the ZIP archive you've downloaded? That's the firmware updater you need to run in order to update your burner's firmware (remove any disc from the drive and close the tray before updating then reboot the computer after the update is finished).
