trlove Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 Do I need data dvd's to reocrd 3 to 4 hours of material?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 ImgBurn doesn't deal in 'hours of material'. How big are the actual files? You need a disc with a size that's equal to or larger than the size of the files you wish to put on it.

trlove Posted January 31, 2010 Author Posted January 31, 2010 How big are the files? GB/MB? the white folders are 2.89gb and 3.99gb the other folder with the disc on it is 8.23kb
Cynthia Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 Not sure what "white" folders are. The amount of size indicates that you need a double layer disc (DVD +R DL) if you want to burn all files on the same disc.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 If you take a single layer disc as being able to hold 4.37GB of data and a double layer one as being able to hold 7.96GB, you can at least work that little bit out for youself. If the 2 'white' folders you mentioned can be split between discs then you can just use 2 single layer ones. If they can't then you'll need a double layer one as Cynthia just said.
