Ok, new to the program.

Simple task has no discussion, at least after 1 hour of wasted time reading this forum and FAQ's etc.

So, if one has a DVD that has some simple files burned from a previous session...how do you get the program to read and load these existing files in the "build" page....................before you add new files to burn?

I burned a few files to the DVD. Fine.

Came back an hour later and decided to add files to the existing DVD.

I cannot figure out how to get the program to load the index of existing files .............before I add new ones.

Purpose, of course, is to keep from adding duplicate files...and to quickly see what is on the disk...vs what should be added.

=============================

I would like to scream as this is a COMMON DATA task that is NOT EVEN discussed.

So, if this program can do this, please reply. If it can't do this...this program is, IMO, worthless.

ImgBurn doesn't support multisessions.

Thank you...TO me, the program is worthless since it lacks this function. I will uninstall, but for the life of me, I don't understand why the geeks who wrote this program went to the trouble without this multisession option. Geez...like a new car with 3 wheels and no spare. Oh well, stranger things in geekland, I suppose.

You can do multisession in Windows (as in direct in the OS itself) if you need it.

This started out as an image (i.e. ISO) file burning program and it's growing steadily. There's no place for multisession in image burning really as you only burn 1 image onto 1 disc.

Multisession will come one day but unlike most other burning tools out there, I have to write it all from scratch rather than just relying on a pre-written burning library function.

Just because it's worthless for YOUR needs doesn't mean it's worthless for everyone... clearly it's not.
