Pioneer Writing 0 error

Hello everyone I'm new here. I was reading some threads and still don't know what the exact problem is. I'm trying to burn a xbox 360 games I looked at 7 different videos and I'm doing everything right. I tried 3 different game and I'm on my fourth dvd. I'm using a DVD+R dual layer. My dvd is a pioneer dr-td08bh. I left it burning for over an hour every time and the furthest it went so far was 6 percent. It keeps stopping at this step:

Have you tried burning at 4x?

 

Have you tried with decent discs?

Vista SP2 is out, you should install it.

 

Check for updated motherboard chipset / controller drivers for your PC too.
