silent install of imgburn gives error

I am trying to install ImgBurn silently on a fresh install of XP and VISTA

using a dos .bat file but I'm getting the following error message when I do...

 

this is the command line inside the .bat file

 

SetupImgburn.exe /S (silent install) (it is a capital S)

 

this is the error message

 

"An instance of ImgBurn is still running.

You will not be able to install over the top of that version until you close it.

If you are installing to a different folder, you can 'Ignore' this warning, sorry to have troubled you!

 

any ideas?

Close down 'ImgBurn.exe' via taskmanager.

 

If you'd renamed the installer to 'ImgBurn.exe', don't!
