Problems burning XBOX 360 Games

- ASUS DRW-1814BLT DVD-R (link to product website)

- Memorex DVD+R DL 8x 8.5GB 240min (Reviews are fine for them, not as good as the Verbatims but still solid review for 360 backups)

THE PROBLEM:

 

It record/burns the game .dvd/.iso file as a DVD. When loaded into XBOX360 is says 'Play DVD' on the dashboard, and when you play it, it shows the white background, XBOX360 logo.

WTF is going on?
