IKE Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 (edited) Dear forum members, As a lot of people have issues burning xbox 360 game images to dl disc, i did some research before posting. I use verbatims, updated firmware, used both imgburn and clonecd. I'm unable to burn a xbox 360 game image to a Verbatim 8x DL disc (MKM-003). Two days ago we bought a new dvd burner: LG gh22np20. We were actually able to burn the image on our first try. However when tested on the xbox the disc is just detected it as a regular dvd and won't do shit. I tried the following: -I decided to update the firmware of the dvd burner (version 2.0.0 compatible with win 7). But at this stage all the burning processes stall between 30-50%. -connect the burner to the first IDE Connecter (jumper is on MASTER). It didn't make any difference either. -Also tried CloneCD but same results. -manually entered the layerbreak in imgburn, no luck there. -I always load the .dvd file instead of the image. -Tried to burn another image but fails again. -Burned the image on 4x speed Everytime it fails i get the I/O Error. SciStatus: OXO2. Interpretation: Check Condition. Here is the log: (i think it's the log for 2 different burn processes) I 20:25:40 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started!I 20:25:40 Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Edition (6.1, Build 7600) I 20:25:40 Total Physical Memory: 2.096.696 KB - Available: 1.565.240 KB W 20:25:40 Drive D:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size. Then read: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 It covers all the things you can try doing to correct issues. oh, forgot to tell you I also downgraded imgburn from 2.5 to 2.4.4.0. I burned a couple of verbatims using imgburn 2.5 but still doesn't help. I actually did all the things pointed out in that topic. I'm clueless right now.
