GYGY Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 I am a first time user of Image Burn. I am trying to build a CD, using the XXX.ibb file as the instructions to collect the required files as a project. Have selected 'build' and then selected my XXX.ibb file, and ImgBurn reports that the project is loaded successfully. When I try to burn, ImgBurn tells me that the file does not exist or is not available???? Have tried with release 2.3.2.0 and also the latest release 2.5. with the same results. What on earth am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.
mmalves Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 Have you created the IBB file yourself? Sounds like the files/folders specified in the IBB project aren't available anymore.

Yes, I created the .ibb file using notebook. Just a simple text-file with the instructions to build the file-set for the CD burn.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Let the program write the file rather than trying to do it yourself.

I had by hazard typed in an additional character in the name of the folder which contained the files to be written to the CD. Of course ImgBurn could not find it, and then an error message appeared. Entirely my fault. Having corrected the folder name, all went well and ImgBurn worked perfectly. What a very nice program it is!
