Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this so try to bear with me. I've been using the same memorex DL DVD's (yeah I know) for about a good month or so,I DL about 75 to 90 games using the same brand of DVD's I tried burning again yesterday & it gave me (!) "Power Calibration Area Full" message. I looked on this forum & found out that I probably needed to update my drive (Phillips DVD+-RW DVD 8801) so I did but its still giving me the same problem. Any help is highly appreciated, thanks again.

Tried another write speed?

You could try a lens cleaning disc on that burner, but I'd try with Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL blanks first.

Thats probably what it is then, the brand of DVD's that I'm using, correct?
