paulix Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 Hallo Friends... First place-excuse me my crocky English. I use ImgBurn for a long time -perfect program for burning iso files. I had old PC compilation-far worse than i have now,but in that old compil.ran ImgBurn much better than in this newer compiplation MB:Asus P5KPL/EPU* CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E7400, LGA 775,2.8 GHz, FSB 1066 MHz,Cache 3 MB* VGA: Asus EAH 4670 , 512MB DDR3,HDMI* RAM:Kingston 2GB, DDR2,800 MHz* HDD:Samsung SATA II 500 GB,7200 ot.,Cache 16 MB* Zdroj:SAGA II 500 W* DVDRW TSSTcorp.SH-S223C -SATA II* I prefer media Verbatim OS:Windows 7 32 bit* What ran better in old compil.? DEVICE BUFFER,MAIN BUFFER WERE filled on 100% all the time and WRITING SPEED was exactly 8x all the time - but now is generally Device buffer very variable and WRITING SPEED also. Sometimes, displays alarm message-waiting for buffer recovery, hard disk activity...and WRITING SPEED stops. Such another film dvd makes problems, when I put it in DVD Player, film slows in that place.. Where is conspiracy Tkanks for every acumen

paulix Posted March 25, 2010 Author Posted March 25, 2010 Is it possible, that pc compilations with- in a more cores cpu cause this problem?
dontasciime Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Have you checked your hard disk for errors . Defragged it. Stopped any service that tags the hard drive eg indexing, locate 32, windows search etc. Virus scanning schedules. Checked which sata port is in use for Optical drive. AHCI or IDE in Bios for sata devices ?) Set a power profile to always use full power of cpu. Stopped or removed Duplex secures SPTD.

paulix Posted September 10, 2010 Author Posted September 10, 2010 So...This is my dream and LG *HL-DT-ST GSA H12N (UL01) - throught IDE CABLE (80) makes -this dream becomes real. Hm... Is it by manufacturer? -by IDE (without SATA)?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Sorry but I don't understand your post. Are you asking us a question? HL-DT-ST is LG, yes. Yes it's IDE.
paulix Posted September 14, 2010 Author Posted September 14, 2010 No,no... I know it But with IDE - LG HL DT GSA H12N I can see DEVICE BUFFER,MAIN BUFFER filled on 100% all the time..it’s beauty. And with SATA TSST (SH-S223C),or Lite-on (iHAS 124 Y)...there is very astatic, unstable, fluctuant effect in DEVICE BUFFER 0-100%...It’s undesirable for me. Is SATA worse for filling device buffer?
