I just downloaded ImgBurn on the recommendation from my pc support guy because I'm trying to copy .jpg pictures onto a dual layer dvd for safekeeping. When I try to build and select my files, I get the error "Invalid or unsupported image file format". Can you please help direct me on how I can get my pictures backed up? Thanks so much!
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 You're in the wrong mode. Write mode is for burning DISC image files, not picture (image) files. Use the 'write files/folders to disc' option instead (Build mode). You might also want to switch the 'Input' to 'Advanced' so you can see what you're doing a little better.

Thank you so much for your help! I'm new to this and searched for 2 hrs for info before posting. It worked perfectly. I now only need to get some Verbatim DVD+R DL's!
