Imgburn time remaining goes to unknown

Im currently trying to burn some 360 backup and it starts up fine but then when it got to 41% the time remaining went to unknown and doesnt seem like its doing anything anymore, im using verbatim dvd+r dl discs and a Optiarc BD ROM BC-5500S burner. I dunno what to do

then it doesnt even fail or anything but its been like this for about an hour.

Stick SP2 on, look for chipset/controller driver updates on the site of whoever makes the chipset on your board.

 

Try burning at 2.4x too and perhaps also using a cleaning disc on the drive.
