sportston Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 Please could anyone help me get img burn to recognize files on a dvd disc? I have a dvd+r that will play on my PC using Cyberlink PowerDVD fine, but my TV DVD player won't load it. I normally have no problem with playing DVD+R format. I tried to get img burner to copy it but it just says it is an empty disc. I know it isn't empty, I've watched the movie on the PC (using the same drive). I've tried to get image from disc and it still comes up with the same thing "disc is empty". I'm confused. I'd like to copy my copy onto a DVD-R so it will play on other dvd players in my household, but I'm stuck at this hurdle. Help please. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Sportston
mmalves Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 With ImgBurn in Read mode and that disc in the drive, please copy and paste here all the media information text shown in ImgBurn's main window.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 Have you tried reading it in your other drive? Just looks like an issue with the disc to me - bad burn, scratch, fingerprint, dirt etc.
