No certificate folder

Hello,

 

I am trying to learn the significance of the Certifiacate folder. I have an ISO with no Certificate folder that will not play on PowerDVD when mounted, nor will play on my Pioneer when burnt. When I tried to use build from imgburn and add the folder it did but the folder was empty except for an empty backup folder as well. Is the Certificate folder necessary for play back, and if so what needs to be in it?? Can it be recreated??

Personally, no idea.

 

Ask the people at the Doom9 forums that do this stuff day in, day out.

 

AFAIK, the answer to your question varies from player to player (i.e. they're all different).
