mrgodzilla
hey all, I have a dell latitude D820 laptop. Imgburn is working perfectly fine but... when i plug in my external drive(i have 2 LG and memorex) imgburn won't recognise them as a secondary drive unless i pop out the dell dvd drive if i pop out the drive no issues the external ones are instantly recognised. the external drive is recognised in my computer though when the other one is plugged in too. the latitude has the dvd drive that is also a media bay slot for possible extra media bay battery. i'm burning xbox 360 games and the dell latitude drive won't burn the games without I/O error the other 2 external drives burn the discs no problem any thoughts? todd
LIGHTNING UK!
If they show up in Device Manager then it should be presenting them to the interface ImgBurn uses to detect them. Does it say anything about new devices detected when you plug them in? What connection do they use, USB?

LIGHTNING UK!
I was talking about within ImgBurn. Look in the log window, it should mention new devices have been detected.

mmalves
Close ImgBurn, make sure both external devices are connected and recognised (look in Device Manager), open ImgBurn and copy and paste here what's shown in ImgBurn's Log window.
