TzK Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 Hi, I'm really hoping someone can help, as I've been trying to finish this project for a while now. I have created a series of 3 NTSC DVDs. Disc 1 and 3 burn without problem, and play back fine. Disc 2 is OK apart from the final track (of 4), which when selected from the main menu will not play (the DVD player just makes noises and never progresses). Disc 2 is the largest in terms of file size, but it is within the limit. I have tried re-creating the project, and I have tried burning via 3 different pieces of burning software and 2 different drives (via ISO and also video files straight to disc). My latest attempt was via ImgBurn, and the verification process came up with errors (see attachments). I don't think there is anything wrong with the source media, as it plays fine in preview mode on my DVD authoring software. Is there a reason this might be happening, and is there anything I can do about it in the settings? Any help much appreciated! TzK. ImgBurn.log
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 Your drive is producing bad/low quality burns on those 'UME02' discs, buy some better ones (Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden).
