We probably can, but you have to stop shouting at us. :) please turn your caps off.

Now to your problem, does your burner support -RW media? that's the first step.

Right mouse click your drive and go to capabilities, you'll see in there if the media is supported.

The full log of the failed burn would also help us alot. Help Menu > Logs

A "focus servo error" pretty much means what you'd expect it to mean. The laser can't focus on the media. Throw a disk into the drive and select WRITE from the MODE menu. Now copy and paste the text from the right side window here. It'll look something like this:

It won't even get that far if the drive thinks there's no media in it.

All you'd see is the top two lines.

i.e.

You're just going to have to get some discs with a different dye. Your drive doesn't support the ones you're trying to use.

You might also like to consider getting a decent external burner. (or a normal 'internal' drive but with an external usb/firewire case).

as per LUK's post above ,

Matshita dont make what you call a "good" drive . theres several mentions of matshita drives on the forum, and none of them are good i'm afraid .

go for the external approach like LUK mentioned
