Is it possible to burn multiple video tracks on one DVD?

I have several sets of VOB files for different video tracks - is it possible to burn a DVD with multiple video tracks?

If you use an authoring program to combine them into a single/proper set of DVD Video file, sure.

 

That's not something ImgBurn can do though.
