jhazzeey Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I am trying to burn a playable dvd with IMGBURN. But the TS folder is too large (6.3 GB), and then of course when I calculate the size in IMGBURN it comes to 143 percent and I am unable to burn it. Is there any way of burning the dvd, perhaps with some quality loss, I see the TS files are numbered (0-7), can you burn half the numbers, and if so would you need to add all of the .BUF/.IFO files to each dvd? (I checked some other dvds. It looks like there is a .BFO/.IFO file for the video_TS File, which i figure is the title and then a VTS_01-0.BUP/.IFO for every corresponding VTS FILE.) But this one I am trying to burn has 7 vts files. But only the one VTS_01_0.BUP/.IFO and no more even though there are 7 VTS files. (Plus also the the .BFO/.IFO for the main VIDEO_TS file.) Something seems off. I CONFUSED.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Use a double layer disc or find (Google for) a program that can 'shrink' your files.
jhazzeey Posted July 15, 2010 Author Posted July 15, 2010 Ahhh, I can just open the files in DVDSHRINK, then back them up and burn. Thank you very much.
