mmalves Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Either your drive can't correctly read the disc or it has copy protection. You wouldn't be able to burn it anyway, as you don't have a DVD burner. You could try using another drive/computer.
Misty Posted July 18, 2010 Author Posted July 18, 2010 I'm trying again but there is no install folder that I can reach thru image burner. I also do have a burner I 13:27:05 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started! Cynthia Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Check in Windows Device Manager how it's set up there. How is it connected? USB/ATA?
mmalves Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Then use your USB burner to read your Win7 disc. Are you going to add files to the disc or do you want to copy it as is?
Misty Posted July 18, 2010 Author Posted July 18, 2010 it is connected usb and I want to copy disc as Is but it says its a dual layer disc I guess as a regular dvd is too small 4.8 is the w7 pro disc
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Copy + paste the disc info from the panel on the right when you're in Read mode please. It might be worth doing that in both the drives that can read DVDs.
