shadow ho-oh
when i start burning my iso, there comes an error saying that windows media player is open and must be closed even though its not there. so i tried opening it and closing it again and unplugging my headphones AND muting the sound system and it still says Windows media player is open and must be closed. Any help?? Edited August 9, 2010 by shadow ho-oh
mmalves
Tried rebooting the computer? You could also try using Process Explorer to find and kill whatever process is holding your burner.
LIGHTNING UK!
If it says media player is open then the wmplayer.exe process is running. Use Task Manager or Process Explorer (as mmalves mentioned) to kill it.
