elatesword Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 So I have a back up of by game for 360 that I want to burn to a DL (this product) I know I need to insert the Break layer from the DVD file to the write options and that went ok. I got upto about 90% fine on one disc and I got an "invalid address for write" error. Sorry I couldn't post the full error report but I would like to know what caused this ? I was burning at 2x also. When I performed the burn I did not have the verify check-box selected, I now suspect this is bad ? If so I will perform another burn, thanks for your help so far Also, is there a set speed you would recommend to burn ? My disc's say they are 8x but I don't think that my burner can handle that. I'm low on money, is there nothing else you would suggest for the time being ? Increasing my speed helped from the first burn I did but it still got no where. Update ImgBurn, we don't support old versions. 2.4.2.0 is old and buggy and none of them make your drive burn discs any better/worse. 6x isn't a speed your drive supports on those discs, you've already been told what the supported speeds are.
