Hi to you all,

my problem is dat all my disc that i want to burn are not getting past by 0% synchronising cache,

it stops there and img wont close to because its busy with the disc.

so the only way to stop it is to reboot my computer/or to start task management and close img but with the last option my drive is still busy and it wont open.

I have this problem with DVD's and with xbox360 games i've tried sony DVD+r for my dvds and verbatim DRL for avchd movies/xbox games in the past it worked but suddenly it never past that "0% synchronising cache".

please help me with this, I dont know what to do anymore.

In my post I ve mentioned that it worked before, so my question is: what could be the problem?

I ve already read your post I tried to search for an answer before I ask one, so I didnt found one therefour what could it be else?

And thanks for responding.

btw heres my log

We want the program log, not a bug report (not really sure how you got that anyway!)

Bug reports created when you've forcefully terminated the app are pretty much null and void.

Try the stuff mentioned in here:

There's a difference between 'Reading' the thread I linked you to and actually doing what it says.

So, have you tried at the various supported write speeds? Have you tried cleaning your drive(s)? Have you made sure your drive(s) is/are running the most recent firmware?

Do both your drives have the same problem?

What motherboard do you have, or what chipset does it use?

Maybe these new AMD drivers will fix the issue.

You'd probably want the 'South Bridge Driver' and 'Raid Driver for Windows 7' / 'AHCI for Windows 7'.

As a rule, optical drives don't like being on 'RAID' enabled controllers.

Hi ya lightning uk,

I've tried every thing you said and nothing chances the 0% problem,

strange however is the fact that the south bridge driver didnt update because there was an error that occured that my system didnt liked, but everything else worked the:'Raid Driver for Windows 7' / 'AHCI for Windows 7' where good updated.

sow have you some othere suggestions?

btw I've tried burning the xbox360 game on my 7year old vista laptop and that worked  , the problem is I've promised it to my mother sow that shoudnt work for me anymore, but howcome that my brand new desktop cant do the trick im despared.

yeah they both are lacking sorry for misunderstanding.

and how can I go in safe mode?

thanx again.

You didn't answer my question... do both your drives have the same problem?

See if it'll burn in safe mode.

If the Win 7 drivers are messing it up, you might have to dual boot it back into XP or something. Hardly ideal but it's an option.
